DSA TRANSPARENCY REPORTS
Melbicom operates hosting infrastructure worldwide. Being transparent about how we govern that infrastructure, what we act on, what we decline to act on, and how authorities and third parties can reach us, is core to how we operate.
This page sets out how we comply with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the “Digital Services Act” or “DSA”), provides the contact channels required of providers of intermediary and hosting services, and links to the public reports we publish each year.
Each year, Melbicom publishes a transparency report under Article 15 of the DSA. The report sets out:
- orders we received from Member State authorities;
- requests we received from third-country authorities (not covered by Article 15 DSA)
- notices we received from individuals and entities concerning allegedly illegal content;
- actions we took on our own initiative against abuse of our infrastructure;
- the median time we took to respond, broken down by category;
- our status of automated tools usage applied to their output.
Our approach to handling content on our infrastructure is set out in the Public Services Agreement and applied consistently across all Melbicom services.
